WHEN WILL BE MY PRODUCTS BE SENT?

From the date you place an order, it typically takes 5 or less business days for it to be despatched from your date of order. Please see the hop & cotton experience.

An order with new products that requires formulation work will take longer to be despatched than one with products that have been previously ordered by you.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Free shipping for orders over $100.

Flat rate of $10 for orders under $100.

Your order should reach you within 2 business days from date of despatch. All deliveries need to be signed for upon receipt to prevent any unwanted loss from doormat deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Free international shipping for orders over USD$180.

Flat rate of USD$30 for international orders under USD$180.

International orders should reach you within 5-10 business days from date of despatch, depending on country of destination. All deliveries need to be signed for upon receipt to prevent any unwanted loss from doormat deliveries.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All hop & cotton orders come with a tracking number. Once your order is despatched, we will send you the tracking information.

 

SPECIAL NOTE ON CUSTOMS FEES

Some countries charge additional customs fees or import duties on merchandise from overseas.

Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control and are the customer’s responsibility.

For more information on potential charges incurred, please contact the relevant authority in your country.

We are legally obligated to declare the type (e.g. “merchandise”) and value of each parcel accurately. We are unable to misrepresent your purchase for the purpose of reducing import duties or tax fees.

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged or if an incorrect item was sent, contact us as soon as you possible. In the case of a damaged carton resulting in damaged products, we will contact our postal company to explain the issue so it would be important for you to describe and show the extent of damage as detailed as possible.

If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Please obtain a Return Tracking number (RTN) from hop & cotton before returning merchandise.

For returning an item to hop & cotton:

Contact us to obtain an RTN number. The RTN number must be written on the original invoice.

Repack the product in its original packaging materials. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as courier or Australia Post to the address listed at the top of the invoice.
